Good news at the work weigh in
There is an unofficial weigh in group at work to encourage people to lose weight. I joined this group in May and today was my second weigh in.
In the last 3 weeks I have
In the last 3 weeks I have
- decreased my percentage body fat by ~3%
- lost almost a whole pound
- increased my body water range by 2
- increased my muscle by over 1 unit (don’t know what unit that is though)
- my physique rating has stayed as normal
- my metabolic age has decreased from 33 to 27 (my actual age so that’s good)
I’m not sure how useful all this information is, but I like it this week as its all good news :D
