I forgot it was Monday yesterday so didn't weigh in
I am 66.2 kg so 600g less than last week which is ~0.5lb and 30% fat.
Its good that I’m losing weight and losing steadily, however I think I need to start exercising to seriously shift my cellulite. Unfortunately my back is playing up a lot at the moment and I don’t want to risk damaging it.
