Forgot to enter my details on Monday

I weighed in at 65.2 kg so a slight increase, but my fat had reduced to 27% so hopefully my muscle has increased

I'm on a roll

I bought myself some new gym clothes over the weekend so I can go to all the gym classes I want without having to wear sweaty clothes.

I’ve just come back from a bodyjam class and I’m booked on to bodypump this evening – two classes in a day wow!

I tried a new class tonight

A new class started at the gym tonight – bodyjam – and although I don’t tend to like aerobic classes I gave it a go. My feet got in a mess, but I think I’ll give it another go.

Yeah yeah yeah

I weighed in at 64.8kg this evening, a loss of 2.6kg since starting this, thats about 5 lbs I think (29% fat). Now that I seem to be back with the exercise I hope things will start moving a little quicker.

I wore my jeans during the weekend and my tummy no longer hangs over the top of them, that felt very good to realise!

Good news at work weigh in

I last weighed in at work was 3 weeks ago

  • my weight has decreased 1.6 pounds (5.1 pounds since 13th May)

  • my body fat has decreased 1.9% (3% since 13th May)

  • my hydration level has increased 1.2% (2% since 13th May)

  • my muscle weight has increased 0.9 pounds (0.9 since 13th May)

  • my metabolic age has decreased 4 years (6 years since 13th May)

Looking at my figures for four weigh ins I’ve done over two months my figures are quite up and down, but the trends seem to be in the right direction.

Second time this week

I went to the gym at lunch yesterday. I was still feeling the pain from body pump on Monday, but wanted to work it out of my system.

I managed my full workout, including the longest I’ve ever stayed on the climbing wall on the cardio programme, over 6 minutes.

The new class timetable comes out on Monday and there are two new classes I want to try.
