Did loads at the weekend

My body fat has fallen to 24% – whoo hooo is that because I made it to the gym once last week? I think there might be something wrong with that figure, but it still feels good!
I was at the gym at lunch time and I’m planning to go to classes again next week.
I have been good at not having any at work though.
The latest version of body pump starts next week so I’m hoping to use that as a motivator to start going to classes again.
Unfortunately I know that a fair amount of this is muscle turning to fat as my my fat has inceased to 32% fat. Plus I haven’t been feeling well the last week so I haven’t been eating as much as normal. Once I feel better so I am eating as normal and exercising I suspect my weight will start going up again.
However I did treat myself to a full body hot rocks massage today – fantastic. She also said that she couldn’t see any cellulite – yippee. I had a look when I got home and the amount of cellulite as decreased dramatically.
The one problem is there isn’t long to make a decision
In the last week I have
increased my percentage body fat by 2%
lost 2.4 pounds
decreased my hydration percentage by 1%
decreased my muscle by over 1 unit (don’t know what unit that is though) I’m now back at what I was when I was originally weighed mid May
my physique rating has stayed as normal
my metabolic age has increased from 27 to 31 (apparently my body is feeling sluggish this morning)
So basically I’ve lost weight, but it is due to muscle loss which isn’t good. I guess this shows that I’ve had a bad week where I haven’t exercised and I had chocolate every day. However it hasn’t been a good week as it was my Grandfather’s funeral on Monday and I’ve felt run down all week. However I’ve still been better than normal by not eating the chocolate at work and having vegetables in the evening and salad in my sandwiches (no fruit so far this week). Hopefully I’ll be back on form next week.
I’m hoping to book an appointment with an expert and see if there is any prevention I can do.
Its good that I’m losing weight and losing steadily, however I think I need to start exercising to seriously shift my cellulite. Unfortunately my back is playing up a lot at the moment and I don’t want to risk damaging it.
However I was feeling a bit down and wanted the naughties, but I expect I’ll be back on form tomorrow (except for finishing the tim tams and cookies of course).
I’m not sure how useful all this information is, but I like it this week as its all good news :D
